Overview: USL is the first and largest franchisee of Tide branded laundromats in the United States. USL has a goal of disrupting the fragmented laundromat industry by aggressively developing state-of-the-art laundry facilities largely in underserved neighborhoods. We have exclusive right to develop Tide Laundromats in several markets in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.
Overview: FDC, a scaled franchisee in the snacking category of food service and is currently the largest Auntie Anne’s franchisee in the US. At the time of acquisition, the business was approximately 50 units and has growth to 200 units in five years by completing 15+ acquisitions and building 10+ new units.
Overview: Barry Dubin co-founded KBP in 2011 with the purchase of 64 KFCs in the Midwest and Southeast having served as an executive and Board member during his tenure. From 2011 to 2024, among other leadership responsibilities, Mr. Dubin led all aspects of M&A during which KBP acquired over 1,000 units across 90+ transactions in KFC, Taco Bell, Arby’s, and Sonic. KBP is currently the fourth-largest franchisee of restaurants in the United States with greater than $1.5 billion of revenue and 20,000 employees while operating in more than 30 states. Mr. Dubin resigned his role as an executive in KBP during 2024 to establish B Wild Investments, LLC.
