We hold exclusive development rights throughout our existing markets, as well as Las Vegas, New Mexico, and Utah. We intend to build 60+ restaurants through 2035. We also continue to pursue acquisition opportunities that advance our goal of building a scaled business with dense geographic concentration and exceptional four-wall economics.

Since acquiring the platform as a 50-unit business, we've grown to more than 400 units in just seven years — fueled by 40+ acquisitions and 20+ new builds. Our track record reflects how we operate: disciplined, opportunistic, and built for scale.  

KBP Brands, LLC (KBP)

  • Overview:  Barry Dubin co-founded KBP in 2011 with the acquisition of 64 KFC restaurants across the Midwest and Southeast, going on to serve as an executive and board member throughout his tenure. From 2011 to 2024, he led all aspects of M&A at KBP, completing 90+ transactions and acquiring more than 1,000 units across the KFC, Taco Bell, Arby's, and Sonic brands. Under his leadership, KBP grew into the fourth-largest restaurant franchisee in the United States, with more than $1.5 billion in revenue, 20,000 employees, and operations in over 30 states. In 2024, Mr. Dubin stepped away from his executive role at KBP to found B Wild Investments, LLC.
